On the occasion of the World AIDS Day on December 1, 2007, Air India, the national carrier, has painted one of its Airbus 320 aircraft in red – the colour of HIV-AIDS campaign – with ACT’07 along with the pneumonic ribbon of AIDS symbol on it. The aircraft was used as a backdrop in the AIDS awareness programme organized by M/s Heroes Project in which leading dignitaries participated.
