The budget allocated to each agency Section 4(1)b(xi)

Air India Ltd. is a commercial organization and has one centralized budget For its internal financial budget for its internal financial discipline. Since no Agency other than Air India Ltd. is involved in its operations, there are no Budget allocations to any other agency.
