Automated Message

We have developed software for automatic communication of export details directly to customers. The information pertaining to consignments uplifts on flights will be automatically transmitted to the email address of the customer concerned. If a consignment is moving via transit point on Air India, a second message is generated on departure of the flight.

Unaccompanied baggage can be booked at any of our offices on the Air India network. For quick Customs clearance you may approach the Customs authorities at the concerned airports with the assistance of our offices.

Human Remains

Transportation of human remains is accorded top priority and utmost care is taken for carriage of the same.

Following documents are required for transportation of human remains:

Death certificate from competent medical authority
Embalming and packing certificate
Certificate issued by diplomatic mission
Photocopy of cancelled passport
Passport of the deceased

The documents must be in English, alternatively translated in English.

Bonded Trucking

At Mumbai Airport, we receive both General Cargo and Unaccompanied baggage from our stations abroad for domestic points in India. In the event of non availability of space on our flights as also on other carriers operating in India, we forward this cargo in trucks under Customs bond to selected interior points in India so as to ensure expeditious delivery of cargo.
