Norms set for the discharge of function Section 4(1) b(iv)

Every year a Memorandum of Understanding is signed by the management of Air India Ltd. with the Ministry of Civil Aviation after discussion and finalization the same by member of the expert task force constituted by the Department of Public Enterprises. The Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Government every year acts as norms for discharge of its functions. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Government for the year 2004-05 is available.
