Conditions
 

• Ticketing at Air India offices only and valid on all published fares in Business/Economy class

• Ticketing Period:  24SEP-31DEC2007

• Travel Period on the paid ticket:  till 31MAR08

• All tickets to be purchased using AMEX cards

• Travel Period on the complimentary ticket:  within 6 months of completion of travel on the paid ticket

• The complimentary ticket can be given to anyone nominated by the fare paying passenger

• The scheme is applicable for travel on AI flights only and not on code share flights.  The complimentary ticket will also be on AI flights only.

• FFP mileage will be accrued on the paid ticket only.

• In the event of flight irregularity/disruption, free tickets cannot be endorsed and will be valid on the next AI flight only.

• The complimentary ticket will not be valid for travel between 15DEC07 – 15JAN08.

• The complimentary ticket can be issued by AI offices only.  After completion of travel on the paid ticket, original boarding card stubs and original ticket jacket will have to be produced at the AI office, along with letter advising the name of nominee for issuance of the complimentary ticket.  The original boarding card stubs and ticket jacked will be stamped “FREE TKT UTILISED”.

• Applicable taxes/fuel surcharge on the complimentary ticket will have to be borne by the passenger.

• Complimentary ticket has no refund value and will be endorsed “Non-Refundable/Non-endorseable/Non-reroutable/Non-convertible into MCO and valid on AI only”.  Fare on free ticket to be shown as 00 and fare basis as “AMEX/Free ticket”.

• No other schemes/incentives/discounts will be applicable to AMEX card members availing of this offer.
